Managing Partner, Family Wealth Advisor
For over 25 years, I’ve guided highly successful families in protecting what matters to them most—their family, lifestyle, and legacy. Drawing on experience at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and two national Registered Investment Advisors, I founded what is now LiftPoint Family Wealth Advisors: a firm built to reflect how we believe family wealth management should be done—open, transparent, and grounded in true client-first partnerships.
I am a Certified Financial Planner™ and Chartered Financial Consultant® and believe in constantly educating myself to better serve clients; the CFP® requires 30 hours of continuing education every two years, which keeps me up to date on the latest strategies and best practices in wealth management. I hold a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and serve on the Boards of Trustees at Peddie School and Gill St. Bernard’s School. I live in Bedminster, NJ with my wife and daughter.


Evan Steinfeld, CFP®

For the past decade, I’ve guided successful families in navigating the complexities that come with wealth. A background as a Division I athlete instilled a disciplined, process-oriented approach that continues to guide how clients are served. Combined with experience at Morgan Stanley and two national Registered Investment Advisors, this ultimately led to the founding of LiftPoint Family Wealth Advisors—designed to deliver a more aligned, relationship-driven approach to managing family wealth.
I am a Certified Financial Planner™ committed to ongoing education, completing 30 hours of continuing education every two years to stay current on evolving strategies and best practices in wealth management. I earned a B.S. in Risk Management from The Pennsylvania State University and live in Pittsburgh, PA with my wife.
Maggie Queen

I’m passionate about using my skills in service of others and being part of work that makes a meaningful difference. I’m drawn to environments where collaboration, adaptability, and care for people are valued, and I strive to support both teams and clients with thoughtfulness and reliability in everything I do.
My career has been shaped by a wide range of experiences across education, the arts, and client services. I hold degrees from Belhaven University and Full Sail University, with academic training in dance pedagogy, biblical history, and audio production. My teaching journey took me halfway around the world, where I served as an Associate Professor of English and Ballet at Hengyang Normal University in China until 2020. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt, communicate across cultures, and bring creativity to problem-solving.
With over a decade of experience in customer and client services, I bring a people-first mindset to my role and a strong commitment to supporting others with care and consistency. Joining the LiftPoint Family Wealth Advisors team allows me to contribute to an organization that prioritizes positive impact while delivering thoughtful, dependable support to its clients.

I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who values delivering thoughtful, high-quality support tailored to each client’s needs. I take pride in being dependable, organized, and proactive, and I focus on creating efficient systems that help clients and teams operate smoothly and confidently.
I joined LiftPoint Family Wealth Advisors to bring my extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles in support of a high-touch, client-focused practice. I’ve developed a strong understanding of a wide range of custodian platforms, CRMs, and industry software, as well as firm processes and workflows. I enjoy streamlining operations and improving efficiencies to enhance consistency and the overall client experience.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, where I majored in Human Development and Family Studies. My background allows me to approach my work with a relationship-focused, client-centric mindset.
